Overland has been re-swept heading west, silt fence BMP and buffer zone for 5 mile creek are in good condition. Minimal activity and dust observed - water tank still on site.

There is utility work on road that is in progress and not patched, therefore some trackout/loose sediment. Stormdrains have inlet protection so will just need to be cleaned when patching is complete. Will check next week.

There is a silt fence surrounding the site, some areas have come loose but the sediment containment berm has been created around site, so no sediment leaving area of disturbance. No trackout to Victory View - looks like access road will be installed soon. Entrance off Maple Grove has been blocked to prevent dust from construction vehicle traffic.

No corrections at this time.

4. Pick up and contain all litter and waste construction materials and contain with trash bin
5. Finish sweeping sediment around sites, collect tiles/dust and dispose of properly.

Re-inspection fee $46.31 applied to permit. Payment due next week so that site can be finaled.

NOTE: If ALL corrections are not complete by Tuesday 9/23, a SWO will be issued on active homesites in Tianna Park until completion.
