Discussed the design of base for flag poles which had a 24" electrode to be installed at bottom of flag pole base. At bottom of base, 5' depth, roof of lower parking garage structure is present so installers decided to remove 24" electrode and install it on side of flag pole base. Will discuss with chief electrical and building and will ote 9-20-16.
