Verbal to RP: Drop inlets protections needs to be removed. As well, misc. area inside the fence needs spraying with tackifier. After these two items are complete ESC permits may be finaled.

Verbal to RP, site overall looks good but to final the ESC and BLD permits all of the drop inlet bags need removed and misc. areas where rock is not achieving 70% of coverage needs spraying with tackifier. After these two items permits may be finaled.
