Dirt trackout and dust appears to be mostly related to the road and utility work that is occuring in front of site on Warm Springs.
Did observe that not all trash is contained as it should be.
Correction request issued to RP/GC Clive Culpan:
1. Clean up uncontained trash and debris 2. Provide larger capacity trash container/enclosure.

RP Dan onsite. Rock Placing company will be installing rock retaining walls after initial excavation. For first phase existing vegetation will be preserved and once removed a fiber wattle will be installed along the toe of the slope adjacent to sidewalk.
