Dirt trackout and dust appears to be mostly related to the road and utility work that is occuring in front of site on Warm Springs.

Did observe that not all trash is contained as it should be.

Correction request issued to RP/GC Clive Culpan:

1. Clean up uncontained trash and debris
2. Provide larger capacity trash container/enclosure.
