A temporary occupancy was given until the exit sign is repaired or removed, provide door to remain unlocked sticker at the main exit, pendant sprinkler head to the north of the restroom is overspaced, approved hardware is installed on the rear door and the manual bolt on the rear door is removed.

Underground supply piping is ok to cover. As measured the underground is not deep enough. I discussed this with Brian and the general contractor. The finish grade will need to be 1" above the north sewer access cover to meet code and will be checked at the final.
