Maintain and replace washout area including the mortar mix area. Will re-inspect on 9/27/2012

Post ESC sign where visable from the street.
We discussed over the required perimeter controls. We have come to an agreement;
Must install perimeter contols (that are staged at the back of lot) once all contrate work for the footing and stem walls and the backfill is complete or if we have any forecasted storm events, all perimeter control must be installled.

Meeting with the RP over project boundries to ensure perimeter control are installed in the proper areas.
