Dry system rough-in failed, items include two missing upright heads and piping not installed, 5 BB attic heads to be replaced due to field modified deflector orientation, overspaced coverage at one location above the riser room, noted remote inspectors test connection has been moved from where indicated on approved plan, also noted possible coverage issue at hatched areas due to change in roof pitch at zone of coverage for the BB heads. Also discovered two leaks to be repaired and bushings at some fittings.

Noted two missing EQ braces, one blocked upright head, two heads exceeding min. spacing, one overspaced pendent, exterior balconies and patios are not protected, tenting at some locations needs adjusted, field changes at the lobby, stair and elevator hoistway need to be shown on as-built drawings, two noted concealed spaces must be non-combustible or protected.
