brandon Phone #: ###-####. Contractor did get special insp. However the special insp. report did not verifiy the embedment length of 3 3/8 Inch as per the engineering. The wedge anchors were already installed with no special inspection. Noted to contractor that if they could verify the embedment length on 25% of bolts installed, that I would accept the work as being done incompliance with approved plans and specs. Spoke to contractor and made him aware that special insp. did not verify embedment length. Contractor to reschedule final when work is in compliance.

All BMP's removed. ok for final.
