A combination of crushed ashpalt and pit run remains in place. Informed RP that this is ok as requested by the homeowner on the condition that a 10 foot buffer be established along the irrigation ditch (water is flowing) and that the lot be secured to prevent traffic from travel on and off the site. RP will communicate with the homeowner and discuss the process needed for compliance

10am: Discussion on compliance to both the Federal CGP and local ESC requirements regarding stabilization and closing out requirements of permit coverage. To summarize, at a minimum, manufactures application rate of soil binder along with perimeter controls (where needed) are expected for compliance. As well, continue to inspect for failure after binders are sprayed. Also discussions on moving from the development phases to vertical construction phase. Expectations for compliance both permit coverage and ESC stormwater and non-stormwater was covered. Developer to continue to visually monitor site discharges during inspections. Met with Knife River, (Jeff) Harris Ranch Engineer, (Dave P.), Knife Rivers repr, (Phil J.) and Boise City ESC inspector (Clint S.).
