Streets surrounding JUMP are free of trackout or excessive sediment accumulations. Observed dewatering discharge outlet and Strata engineers was there taking their daily sampling for turbidity. Measurements have been in compliance and water looked clear.

2 deficiencies:
1. Visible areas where concrete has been washed out in uncontained area (close to ground water)
2. No rock on east construction ramp. Will become a problem in rainy season.

Will send notice to Hoffman stormwater crew.

No activity at Willow Lane wetlands project. Topsoil stockpiles are in position as indicated on ESC plan and are surrounded by fiber wattles for perimeter control and tops have been graded flat.

Some areas around the edge of the wetland basin area have been scraped/grubbed to remove old topsoil. Fiber wattle is installed at west end (outlet end) of wetland. Currently no water in the wetland. No corrections needed at site.

Approved to continue construction. Discussed ESC conditions with RP/GC and requirements going forward.

Permit posted and very little trackout. Site is surrounded by the natural vegetation which been preseved.

Stucco crew did not use a lined washout and has washed out in numerous places with some flow off the bottom end of site. The slurry is now dry, but I requested clean up and provision of more washout if necessary and will discuss BMPs for future projects.

Some sediment at low end of site is migrating to sidewalk and gutter. The DI is protected with capacity but should have a wattle or stabilization. Some trash clean up is needed around the container and the contractor doing the wall washed out a small amount on the lot so will need to clean up. No discharges leaving site - mainly housekeeping.

No construction activity at Antelope Springs at time of inspection.

Perimeter barrier and fencing is good containment for site. All DI's on Parsnip Peak have filter bag protection and streets and mostly free of sediment. Some minor accumulation of sand in gutters.

The irrgation canal has been routed through the central common area. Water flowing through looked clean and the channel has been lined with rock

No current issues but will inquire with owner about further stabilization or installation of a sediment containment BMP on the north side of the "stream". Water exiting site through culvert is not turbid or have other characteristics of pollution.

SWPPP is managed by Lurre and Kris Jensen.

ESC site prep for rough grading phase has been conducted with Jeremy from Bruno Built. BLD permit in process of final review; ESC site map and plan were approved. Bruno Built has good ESC track record.

BMPs include timing of construction, preservation of buffer vegetation below homesite (downslope), lined concrete washout, and check dams once side drainage channels have been installed.

Approved to begin grubbing & rough grading.
No vertical construction or concrete work has been approved.
