Site prep conducted with Homeowner RP. Permit sign to be posted on side fence. Work to include slab removal and foundation work. Washout will be discharged in his side gravel yard to infiltrate, I explained prohibition of mixing with stormwater. Other BMPs include housekeeping and asand bag placed in gutter to capture any loose sediment from work area.
