No actual inspection was performed. I spoke to Tim on the phone and we discussed the IFC 903.4 requirement for the sprinkler control valves to be supervised by the fire alarm panel. The inspection is to be rescheduled.

FIR09-00545 INSP-Final Inspection9/24/20099/24/20099/24/2009 2:37:07 PMPFAIL
Two pendant heads have been piped from a single 1" outlet in many locations. I verified with Tim Frost that this is not allowed and I also contacted Gerald with Shilo. The piping can not be covered until this issue is resolved and re-inspected.

Per a phone conversation with cathy the city approved plans are not on site. I went by the project just to verify fire dept access signage and found the curbing newly painted but no "No Parking-Fire Lane" signage had been redone. I called cathy back and notified her that this signage would be a requirement and to call in the inspection again when the plans became available.
FIR09-00291 INSP-Sprinkler Rough-in9/23/20099/24/20099/24/2009 12:09:03 PMAPART
The new sprinkler piping in the dry storage area as marked on the city approved plans can be covered. The piping supply to this area does not match the approved pipe size but I verified through the hydraulic calculations that the pipe size installed was proven. The sprinkler piping in the Deli area can not be covered due to heads being overspaced and lack of protection on either side of the cooking hood.
