Looks much better than previous week, just need to continue housekeeping duties regularly. No trackout, no spills observed, and no dust issues. Approved for now.

Vertical construction is in progress at LHM Auto Center for the collision repair center. No dust or trackout issues and BMPs are installed.

Did not see permit sign or SWPPP signage and site has a CGP. Also work for BLD14-01545 appears to be occuring without having picked up the permit.

WIP on parking lot renovation and stormwater drainage infitration bed. No discharges, sediment runoff or accumulation in gutters, or excessive dust observed. Drop inlets with Auto Park have sediment protection.

It appears the associated permit BLD14-01415 has not been issued. Will alert STS RP Tom Gianini. There is another project on the north side (collision center) that is active and covered under ESC14-00300.

Need to get permit and post signage, including SWPPP/ NOI details for IDR12ED53.

Jackson School demolition is complete and the school pad has been cleared of all debris and unvegetated areas have been compacted and are below grade of the Cole sidewalk. There is a DI bag with remaining capacity at Colonial Street, but this lot will soon be under construction for auto parking for Auto mall, so will leave in the inlet for now.
