314.23- Boxes shall be secured to bulding structure. Boxes hangin on raceways centered from refer wall to corner. Fix exposed wiring where flex is damaged.

200.6- White conductor used as other than grounded conductor shall be identified other than white in AC disconnect.
210.8(A)- Unable to located GFCI device for christmas receptacle in soffit, exception to outdoor receptacle fed off garage circuit is for readily accessible receptacles only.
210.52(A)- Area above cabinets at each side of fireplace is wall space and shall have a receptacle outlet located with in 6' of fire place. Receptacles located inside cabinets do not count.
210.52(C)- Counter top located in pantry shall have receptacles installed so that at no point measured along wall line is more than 24" from a receptacle outlet.
210.70- Required luminaire located at garage man door not working.
314.23(B)(1)- Island receptacle boxes shall not be secured by screws thru side of boxes.
334.30- NM cable shall be secured with in 12" of island receptacle box.
352.30- PVC service riser shall be secured with in 3' of meter base. strap in place but not secured.
406.6- Outdoor receptacle in use cover on east side of garage not completely secured. Missing screw.
BCC 9-05-17- It shall be unlawful to block electrical inspectors access to electracal associated with dwelling. Move master bed dresser and bed a minimum of 3' from wall to provide access to receptacles.
