Please take note that Idaho Power will be doing an underground Service and the trench will be dug sometime this week to install the PVC. The Sub-Panel upstairs is Hot and has the new Branch Circuit there, however, not landed due to waiting for Idaho Power to kill power on old panel and inspection for New Service. We need an inspection for the new panel as well to have power swung when Idaho power has completed the underground service at which time I will install the Expansion joint and Schedule 80 riser. Also split buss panel will have a few circuits added too it. Split buss panels are no longer a listed item. Once circuits are added, panel needs to be replaced due to load capabilities.

p/s o/h rec ok. Talked to the landlord about damage done to meter at apt. #312 1/2. Current tenant has invited a guest in that apparently caused damage to 2 meters on 2 seperate occasions. The first meter was not able to be found by IDP. Power to that unit has been off for a few weeks. Apparently said individual took apart a paint brush to use the metal band as a jumper in place of the meter. Metal band was placed phase to phase which blew up and burned up the existing meter socket. New meter has been installed. This is a major life safety issue.
