Replace the painted sprinkler heads on the 5th floor, provide the missing canopies for all of the heads on the 4th and 5th floors, remove the "tin foil" from the heads on the 4th and 5th floors, repair the inoperative fire/smoke damper on the 4th floor, the 5th floor restroom a/v's are mounted but the walls have no paint/finish (protect from paint), main lobby exit/emergency light is broken on the 4th floor, Relocate the exit sign/emergency light in the 4th floor reception away from the pendant sprinkler head, provide exit sign/emergency lights at atleast one exit from each of the Multipurpose rooms on the 4th floor and provide an occupant load sign (90) for the 4th floor multipurpose room.
