No fire sprinklers, no monitored fire alarm system, smoke detectors are stand-alone and operational (No fuel fired appliances so smoke detection only), no fire extinguishers required for this occupancy, final life fire inspection passed/complete.

City approved drawings were not on site at time of inspection. Flow switch fire bell was not installed at time of inspection, fire plan review notes specify that the bell needs to be mounted on an exterior wall, close to the street address side of house. Numorous concealed type escutcheons are painted, all escutcheons that were painted after installation need to be replaced. Point of contact on project did not know where the underground supply came into the building, previously noted item for proper coverage above underground supply could not be verified, this will need to be addressed/verified before next inspection.

No fire sprinklers, space does have a fire alarm panel that appears to be a non-permited install from a previous tenant (Only area of coverage for panel is the conference room in tenant space)fire alarm panel was not in service at time of inspection, A?C power is off and batteries are depleted, a fire alarm system is not required for this tenant space, fire extinguisher mounted in a common area with a current inspection tag. Final life fire safety inspection passed/complete

This inspection request was for 28SEPT2016, this inspection request is cancelled and a new inspection request will be generated for the correct day.

Partial final for fire alarm inspection is passed/complete, all audio visual devices tested/inspected for area of work. FIR permit for this project is in review status, as long as the city approved drawings match the installation of the tenant space then FIR16-00612 can be finaled once permit is in issued status.
