210.52(B)(2)- Small appliance branch circuits shall have no other outlets. Tapped off kitchen receptacle to feed light over sink.
300.4- Nail plates needed where bored holes do not maintain 1 1/4" from framing surface.
310.15(B)(16)- 14ga wire tapped off 20 amp branch circuit. 15 amp max on 14ga wire.
334.30- NM cable shall be supported at intervals not to exceed 4 1/2 and secure with in 12" of a box.
Looks like someone other than electical contractor may have done some work.
