Verbal to RP (Bill S.) Site is in need or attention including removal of materials outside the fence and sweeping, protect stormdrains including drop inlets outside the fence on the north, north of the new seepage bed. Irrigation lines still not install nor is the stockpiled soils graded out. Complete all maintanence by the end of the week 10/3 or further enforcement will occur. Will re-inspect on 10/4.
