WIP on subdivsion. Currently crews installing walking path and playground up against foothills. No trackout outside of sub, no fugitive dust observed during construction or reported.

Downslope perimeter silt fence is installed and trenched properly. Construction access is off Warm Springs and permit sig is posted. Upper parcel is bermed and has pit run covering. OK to hold on construction rock unless track out becomes issue.

Excavation to begin on Monday. Water truck needs to be onsite for dust control. Will check in next week.

Preece Street is clean, sediment bag installed. RP Chad onsite. Canal bank is stabile and vegetated with volunteer plants, no work or stockpiling in area.

RP stated site trash containers are being hauled offsite. Requested that onsite infiltration swale have sediment protection at inlet to prevent from clogging. Further work and grooming is required on installation, but RP stated he will install a sediment barrier and clean around inlet area.

Permit sign posted, construction entrance installed. No significant trackout, no discharges. Water truck on site but not in use at time of inspection and during surveillance.

Verbal correction request to onsite supervisor to run water truck over haul road and to hit stockpile. Driver started water truck while on site. Requested one - two loops per hours and to hit stockpiles.

Notified RP to do maintenance on DI bag.

Cordillera #2 subdivison and 6-plex construction is complete. Landscaping and irrigation installed. No remaining temp BMPs in municipal storm drain.

Private storm drains within site and final sweeping of landscaping gravel to be completed by the apartment management company. Units now occupied. No construction materials or stockpiles on site.

All permits finaled.
