NFPA "Testing and Inspeciton" form and "signal test reports not provided. Heights of notification devices have been modified. NAC/Power Supplies have been provided for each of the two notification circuits. Neither one of these items is shown on the plans. Per conversation with plan review notification shall be provided through-out as per NFPA 72. I noted that the north side of the building strobes flash about once every second. The south side strobes flash once every six seconds and the horn tone is "solid tone". It appears that none of the NAC or IDC curcuits are supervised. We tested the smoke detector at the FACP and a manual pull station which registered correctly at the remote annunciator. Plans need to be submitted showing all devices utilized, correct scope of work and actual field conditions/function of the fire alarm system. See NFPA 72; (18.4.2 temporal), (18.5.3.1 strobe flash rate), (10.8.2.3 supervision/trouble signals)
