2 corrections at Lucky Harris sub development:
1. Sweep, clean, and maintan DI bag at corner Eckart and Arrow Junction.
2. Restrict construction vehicle access to the designated south entrance (not Ranch Market access)
RP Chad stated that Syman Co. will be cleaning inlet today or tomorrow AM and that he will coordinate with Ranch Market builders to come to agreement on their construction entrance.
Will continue to monitor this week.

Trackout to Eckart due to failed construction entrance. Ranch Market is having cement trucks on site this week for parking lot and curb work. It should be noted that some vehicles for Lucky Harris sub have also been using the entrance and that the utility line project remove a portion of the initial entrance.
Verbal correction notice to RP Chuck to provide new construction entrance and clean up trackout to Eckart by end of the day/tommorrow AM. He agreed and said rock for the entrance has already been ordered.
I will request to Lucky Harris crew to not use the Ranch Market entrance, and to use their designated entrance to the south.

Mill District Square construction is ongoing with open lots/areas being utilized for Brighton Homes operations. The square is about 60% occupied.
Streets are clean, lined washout has adequate capacity, SWPPP and ESC permit on site. The site is in pretty good condition after the weekend rainfall.
Corrections:
1. Replace/fix DI bag on alley in between Sawmill and Eckart. 2. Scoop accumulated sediment & mud at mouths of all DIs in gutters. 3. Josh from Brighton Homes stated he is having a company remove all miscellaneous stockpiles of materials on open lots and will discuss BMPs with stucco crews.
Brighton Homes and Brighton Corp have been verbally notified of the corrections.
