One of the new a/v's in the exam room did not function at all, mount the existing devices at code driven heights as per the approved drawings and provide manometer testing of the duct smoke detectors as per the previous correction list. Duct detectors will need to be tested for functionality as well.

Provide panic hardware on the rear exit door as per the approved plans or get permission from the plan reviewer that lever hardware is ok. All other items are ok.

Repair the exit discharge light at the main exit and repair the exit sign as marked on the plans. Shell permit needs to be finaled as well.

Provide verification that the hydrant that has been relocated from murano ct. to owhyee street is approved to be in the new location. Provide the "compact" parking striping for fire dept access verification. Remove covers from the fire extinguishers. Provide the apartment numbers. Set up the exit doors to close from a partially open position. Provide the missing smoke alarms outside of the bedroom as shown on the plans.

The final inspecton for the third floor of A wing was started today. I found that instead of viking pendants being installed reliable pendants had been installed. Also many of the light fixtures are blocking the pendant heads in the laundry/utility romms and in the main corridor.

Need to change out heads or resubmit as built plans and data sheets for verification of hydraulic calcs and head spacing. Also need data sheets for the dry s/w heads to verify installation distance below ceilings on patios.
