Demo: Area of disturbance greater than .25 which was included in the permit. Project located in enviornmentaly sensitive area, irrigation canel and Boise River area plus ditch running through project (water in ditch) Drop inlet not protected. Structure is gone but site is not stabilized. Called RP but had to leave a message with his office. Requested a call back. Will follow up next week.
