Underground piping is laying in the trench but thrust blocks and bury wire is missing. The piping does not meet the 4'-6" minimum bury depth. I went over this with the fire sprinkler and general conractor. They stated that the landscaping would be raised to meet code.

The pendant sprinkler piping in the corridor in the basement that connects the mechanical room to the south tower is ok to cover. The third floor east stair tower piping above the ceiling is ok to cover.

A temporary occupancy was given until the fire extinguisher is provided with a current inspection tag, the exit signs and emergency lights are repaired, remove the dead bolts from the rear exit, provide automatic flush bolts for the inactive leaf of the main exit and provide sprinkler coverage at the rear door. The manual bolt at the rear exit could remain, exception for storage areas, as long as the exit signs are removed since only one exit is required which is at the front of the tenant.
