Perimeter control is needed in the back yard on the hillside at the edge of disturbance, ESC sign needs posted.LM for RP 9/6. Spoke with RP 9/7. RP reported that the hillside has been seeded and will put in wattles on 9/10/12. Seperate building permit was issued for home addition (BLD12-01640) Spoke to Superintendent about moving the construction materials in ROW and sweeping the street after materials are moved.

Boise City was notified by ACHD of dewatering activities occurring at the JUMP project directly to the MS4 prior to plan approval. ACHD issued verbal stop work order on the dewatering activities and an on-site meeting was held with Hoffman, ACHD and Boise City ESC. Dewatering Plan submitted to ACHD same day and was approved 9/7/12.
