1) Permit description needs to show installation of mini split, not replacement of mini split.
2) Need to add exhaust fans and dryer duct to permit.
3) Missing nail plate on dryer duct.
4) Need to seal and insulate ductwork in attic.
5) Need to support ducts up a minimum of 4" off the ground in the crawl
