EOL voltage drop at the office area is too low, one SD in the electrical room has an incorrect descriptor, incorrect cd at the receiving area amended while on site, retested noted defficiencies from the previous visit, highlighted locations on the first floor not yet complete for inspection including the elevator and cleanroom areas, noted ECS room staff is lacking for constant attendance as only one trained employee is provided at this time.

The cardio, yoga, open weights, and reception areas are acceptable, noted approved door hardware is to be provided at the re-used existing doors including the yoga and kids rooms, missing one sprinkler escutcheon at the office, remodel east of the brick wall is not complete at this time.
