Repair the exit discharge light, repair and lower the emergency light near the main exit, repair the exit sign that exits to the egress corridor, provide annual inspection for the fire extinguisher, replace the painted upright sprinkler head and remove the pendant in the north corner of the tenant space and provide the panic hardware on the bakery side of the door that leads back into the arcade. The nuclear exit signs appear to have a stamp stating they are good until 2020. Sprinkler system annual inspection is current.

Inspection passed. There was an existing AES panel installed by Alarmco. The technician called Mark S. with Alarmco and I spoke to him directly to get a verbal confirmation that the NETCON rating was at a 5. He also will be emailing me a scanned PDF of the written verification.
