Seven manual pull stations are mounted too high-see fire code review note #9, two 75cd notification appliances are overspaced at the return bay, one 110cd appliance is overspaced per install and red lined note on stamped plan set- see note #1, main drain vavle at the sprinkler riser need not be supervised, explosion proof strobes at the fuel bay are missing, overspaced notification per plan review annotations at the return bay, provide "NFPA 72 Record of Inspection and Testing" per note #3, provide a lock and label at the panel circut breaker-note #8. No further testing completed at this time until repairs are finished.
