Many area are still disturbed with the project area. Have a good vegitative buffer surrounding the project area. Have applied hydro straw with a tachifier along Warm Springs Rd. and within the 5 arces to the south west of the lift station next to the Park Center bridge.

Maintaine storm drain inlet located infront of lot. Clean up all sediment that has collected on both side of inlet and also the inlet protection inside of the inlet. Will re-inspect on 9/9/10am.

Must update RP information with the city.
Notified that the Pocketed Silt fence was installed incorrectly. Also told to add in additional stakes inbetween each section between the pocketed stakes to alter the silt fence to a standard style silt fence. But I informed him that per the CGP thaT ALL BMP's must be installed per manufacture specifications. Will follow up on 9/10/10am
