Talked to property owner, (property is 1.79 acres). Discuss violations, i.e. working without a permit, site unstablized, unprotected storm drain, inadequate access. Owner is working on getting grading submittals ready to hand in to Boise City, (was informed that an ESC plan and permit will be required as well. Part of property according to owner belongs to Boise City Parks and Rec. Talked to Maria L. (Parks), requested a meeting with Parks and property owner to discuss issues and to communicate measures needed to receive compliance. Will schedule a on-site meeting within a short time frame.

Contacted builder, (Nick, Southern Idaho Builders). Informed contractor to get the existing ESC Permit transfered into his name with a current certified RP. As well, post signage, install sediment barrier behind sidewalk for protection of stockpiled soils and use washout area for all concrete washout. Complete all activities by the end of the week, will re-inspect on Monday, Sept. 14th.
