Overall things are in compliance, prior to removing ashpalt on north side, sediment barriers are needed until the site is stablized. Will meet with owners on Friday, 9/10 to review final stabilzation measures.

ESC controls not in place and major grading is taking place. Inspection was performed by Inspector 420 late afternoon of 9/8/10. Gave contractor until the end of the day of 9/910 to achieve compliance to the approved plan including posting signage, etc. of a Stop Work Order will be issued. Follow up inspection will take place Friday morning, 9/10/10.
