Trackout to Shoshone Street from site occuring.
Verbal correction to Project Manager Bob to sweep up trackout today and continue to sweep regularly. Initial pit run installed has been covered with some backfill, parking lot is scheduled to be paved in 3 weeks before wetter weather arrives. Newly installed and existing DIs have sediment protection installed. Water truck on site for compaction and also dust control.

1st violation noted at site. Will continue to monitor.

@ 10 am. See observations from previous day inspection:

1. No ESC permit sign or site identification posted

2. Dirt and stucco waste in gutter in front of home

3. No stucco washout containment provided, washout drained down the hill causing further erosion.

4. Sediment leaving side under downhill neighbors fence.

5. Retaining wall was not included in plans as a structural wall or a "landscape wall" and will conflict with location of proposed stormwater drainage swales/sand window.


6. RP not in control of project per BCC 8-17 and super intendant has not yet completed RP certification.
SWO issued. No work until corrections complete and new plans submitted as request by PW Civil Engineer
