Fire and Life-Safety inspection for use of Towers 3 & 4 corridors and stair 2 to egress these towers down to grade. Tested exit signs and EM lights for all floors - Tested OK. Two exit signs need to be added between Towers 2 & 3 at floors 2 and 3.
All stairwell doors and unit doors opening into the fire rated corridors for these two towers (all floors) need to be maintained closed and latched, in order to maintain the integrity of the corridor. GC talked to security to help maintain. Inspection of units for Tower 4 not completed yet.

Fire alarm inspection/test for Towers 3 & 4 corridors only - no unit inspections were conducted.
Test of MPs. SDs for FSDs, SDs for DH, etc, just within the corridors. Elevator for Tower 4 not ready for test. All devices tested satisfactorily within the corridors, and checked many units under general alarm.

Fire sprinkler system inspection for Towers 3 & 4 - fire alarm interface only, i.e. tampers for standpipe control valves, and inspection of sprinklers for the corridors and stairwells serving Towers 3 & 4 - No unit inspections were conducted.

Final inspection conducted through the 5th floor, on 8/19/15, however Records of Completion forms need to be submitted for all three (3) permits associated with this project. Contractor agreed to get paperwork together for signoff.
