MIS inspeciton is complete. I was contacted by Brian Barber with Boise Fire in regards to a possible fire sprinkler impairment due too demolition. Building does not have fire sprinklers so there is no impairment in regards to active fire sprinklers. A stub is was provided at an earlier point but only the stub in was provided. Fire alarm modificaitons will be required for new tenant, fire alarm appliances are not to be removed unless an FIR permit is issued for fire alarm demo.

Cooking appliances have been changed, added and moved under the Type 1 hood, a seperate FIR permit is required for hood fire suppression system modifications. Mount fire extinguisher as discussed and have annual inspection performed on the ABC and Class K extinguishers as discussed. Provide annual inspection on hood fire suppression system. Exit sign located in the east side of tenant space is mounted too low, exit sign must comply with 1010.1.1.1 of the 2015 IFC.
