Work being done to prepare for future upgrade. SCOPE OF WORK UNDER THIS PERMIT DOES NOT INCLUDE STRUCTURAL MODIFICATIONS, ANY NEW CONSTRUCTION OR OCCUPANCY WITH IN THE AREAS OF WORK. Exit systems to be maintained during the demolition process; demolition debris and materials are to be removed in a timely manner to prevent safety or fire hazards; sprinkler system & other fire / life-safety features to remain functional in accordance with Article 87, 1997 UFC (Contractor, owner & architect to review and comply with requirements of this UFC Article).
