To install and set up a 52'-0" X 26"-0" enhanced manufactured home per approved plans and manufacturers requirements. Work to include concrete footings and foundation around perimeter of home and construction of a 200 sq. ft. free-standing carport at front of structure. Flatwork will include additional parking area. Tie down documents must be at job site at time of inspection. Inspections are required before occupancy. A seperate electrical, plumbing and/or mechanical permit will also be required. DJO PC #079
