Work to include, demolition and removal of selective existing interior and exterior portion of wall, suspended ceiling system and related finishes, cabinets & counters, removal of approximately 38 lf of exterior brick veener and wall for installation of new windows per engineering, construction of new interior partitions, installation of suspended ceiling system, and related interior finishes, counters and cabinets, the required one-hour fire-resistive rating of the corridor system is to be maintained.
