To construct and extend entry/exit vestibule (68 sq. ft.) and extend drive-thru canopy (204 sq. ft.) to existing 4,159 sq. ft. bank building per approved plans on file. New total square footage for the building is 4,431 sq. ft. Work to include removing existing exit doors at vestibule, construct extension of vestibule with new doors and windows, construct extension of drive-thru canopy-footings through roof, install new exterior E.I.F.S. system on building, interior finish for vestibule, and electrical work.
