To construct a 300 square foot shower facility (locker room and 3 shower rooms) and a 462 square foot storage room on the first floor of an existing high-rise building. Work is to include one shower accessible to the disabled, two showers NOT accessible to the disabled, interior walls, interior doors, and suspended ceilings all per approved drawings and plan review conditions on file.
