**Dr Jeffery Pease office** To remodel an existing 1056 sq ft Dr's office for the primary purpose of making the office more accessible to the disabled by removing architectual barriers and to obtain a new certificate of occupancy. Work to include, removing interior nonbearing partitions, installing 3'0" x 6'8" doors with lever hardware, installing new counter with accessible portion at leats 30" wide and 34" maximum from the finished floor.
