To remodel existing 513 s.f. tenant space, Suite 208, located on second floor by constructing 16 ft of non-bearing wall to create a 45 sq. ft. storage room accessed by an existing 20 minute door/frame assembly. To install a new 20 minute smoke & draft door assembly as a new access / egress door for the space per the 1997 UBC for labeling requirements. To remove & relocate interior wall to create larger private office W/I space and install new interior divider wall to break up existing open office area. To remove recessed light fixture's & repair ceiling membrane openings with 1-hour fire-resistive materials to maintain 1-hour roof ceiling assembly; to install new light fixture's with penetrations properly fire-stopped.
