Construction began in 1998 under building permit #98-00818, has went through repossession process, and is currently owned by Washington Federal Bank. Work to include flatwork replacement, construction of patio deck, hard wood floors, final fixtures and appliances, trim work, etc. Hard wired smoke detectors will be installed on all levels, in all bedrooms and hallways leading to the same.
