To perform selective demolition within two building occupied by SCP Global Technologies; 8455 Westpark (Bldg. 456), 41,283 s.f. and 8477 Westpark (Bldg. 455), 52,005 s.f. Owner/Tenant will continue to occupy and operate within the facilities during the demolition. All fire & life safety equipment to remain functional at all times or notigy fire department when going to be disconnected. Exit sytem to be maintained at all time for areas occupied. Area of demolition to be maintained broom clean at the end of each work day and debris is to be promptly removed from the building to avoid possible fire hazard. drs
