To add approximately 35 sq. feet of existing service hallway into tenant space at 222 N. 9th as additional area for purpose of creating an accessible restroom. To repair concrete floor, install new 1-hour tenant separation wall on South side to separate from hall, interior tenant space walls, remove door between tenant space to North & infill with 1-hour F.R. construction for tenant separation wall; new accessible compliant: toilet, sink, grab bars, door & hardware, clearances, etc.; water heater, water lines & drainage; mechanical exhaust fan to exterior & electrical upgrade.
