Remodeling a portion of the office building on the south side of the second floor (29,215 sq.ft. remodel) per approved plans on file. This is a Scope of Work Permit. Letter of Completion to be issued when done. Work to include demolishing several interior walls and doors, some new portions of infill wall in the one-hour fire rated corridor, a few new rated doors and rated windows in the one-hour fire rated corridor, some new interior walls with doors, interior finish, suspended ceiling work, upgrading door hardware for accessibility, fire sprinkler adjustments, mechanical work, and some electrical work.
