To finish two story addition constructed at side of single family dwelling per approved plans. Prior permit was issued 05-29-1992 (Bld Pemit #1043561) and has expired. New permit is being issued so owner can obtain final. Scope of work will include tape, texture and painting. Electrical and mechanical have been inspected and approval for cover was granted. Hard-wired smoke detectors are in place in all bedrooms and 2nd story of new addition. Battery powered smoke detectors will be required in all bedrooms and hallways in original section of home. Stair system has been modified from existing plan. DJO
