To remove existing rear wall in tenant space's and add wall in line with current tenant walls to incorporate existing rear hall into the tenant space. To cut concrete floor to plumb for new accessible restroom at rear of each tenant space, space #220 back to back with existing #222 & #218 & #216 back to back, all per approved plan. Separate applications and plans required for each tenant space when a tenant is determined for each space for purposes of obtaining a Certificate of Occupancy per code.
