Upgrading two restrooms on the 1st floor and four restrooms on the 2nd floor to meet current accessibility standards per approved plans on file. Two other restrooms on the first floor (Northeast and Southeast Areas) will be upgraded at a future date. Work to include demolishing some wall portions of the existing one-hour rated corridor for new access into restrooms, some new portions of one-hour fire rated corridor walls and ceiling, electronic push button hardware for access to and egress from a few restrooms where manuevering clearance at doors is not fully met, interior finish, relocating plumbing fixtures to accessible mounting heights, upgrading door hardware to meet accessibility, mechanical, plumbing, and electrical work.
